What we collect
VoiceDeskFlow stores account information, prospect records, generated demo records, outreach activity, HubSpot IDs, call notes entered by users, webhook events, and technical logs needed to operate the service.
How we use data
We use data to search business listings, generate AI receptionist demos, sync CRM records, send authorized proposals, prevent duplicate outreach, secure accounts, and improve reliability.
Service providers
The app can send data to configured providers such as Google Places, Vapi, Twilio, HubSpot, Resend, Render, and optional monitoring tools. Each provider is used only for the feature it supports.
Retention and deletion
Admins can suppress email addresses and should delete records when they are no longer needed. Production database backups and provider logs may retain data for their normal operating periods.
