Cold outreach

Users may only contact businesses where outreach is lawful and contextually relevant. Honor unsubscribe, do-not-call, opt-out, and suppression requests immediately.

Phone calls

Do not use automated calls, recordings, or audits in jurisdictions where they are prohibited or require consent unless that consent has been obtained.

Misrepresentation

Do not imply that a business has approved, purchased, or requested a demo unless that is true. AI assistants must identify themselves as AI when asked.

Sensitive data

Do not collect payment card data, health records, government IDs, passwords, or other sensitive information through demo calls or proposal flows.

Abuse

No spam, harassment, scraping beyond provider terms, credential sharing, security testing without authorization, or attempts to bypass app restrictions.
